Start with the original publisher
Company contact pages and official service instructions are our preferred sources. A source can also be a public airport directory when that distinction is retained. Sometimes an indexed official page provides evidence while the live page requires a browser; the recorded method describes that limitation.
Keep source dates distinct from editorial dates
A new page design or rewritten introduction does not make an older contact check recent. The date beside a contact relates to its documented source review. An additional number-only check is narrower than a full review of hours, departments and policies.
A department is part of the number
Reservations, baggage, an existing refund request and a new claim are different purposes. We keep those labels attached. Putting a number on a refund-information page does not turn it into a dedicated refund hotline.
Leave gaps visible
We do not manufacture missing phones, opening hours, ratings or estimates of waiting time. If a fresh check cannot be completed, earlier evidence retains its date. Use the current linked provider page for time-sensitive decisions.
Images and corrections
Company logos serve to identify a listing. A text label substitutes when an image is unavailable. A phone number posted in a review is not accepted as verification; corrections are assessed against the underlying source.
