What a review should cover
Choose the company you dealt with, give the approximate experience date and describe what happened in your own words. A title and rating should reflect the same experience. Distinguish a fact you observed from your opinion about it.
What stays private
The email submitted with a review is not displayed publicly. Do not include booking codes, account identifiers, addresses, payment details, passwords or other people’s personal information in the title or text.
Before publication
All contributions enter a moderation queue. We check for spam, irrelevant promotions, impersonation, abusive content and privacy issues. Approval is not a certification that the publisher witnessed or verified the underlying transaction.
No manufactured reputation
We do not invent reviews, populate empty records with sample ratings or copy third-party reviews without a permitted source. Where there are no published contributions, the page says so. A rating is based only on the published reviews included in its calculation.
Corrections and reports
Use the contact form to report a review, identify the page and explain the concern. Repeated advertising, unrelated telephone numbers and promises of guaranteed refunds can be removed as spam. A review is not a customer-service request to the company.
