When you browse
Cloudflare delivers and protects these pages. Processing a web request involves connection and browser information, including the requested URL and IP address. This directory does not currently install audience analytics or advertising pixels. Hosting providers can retain operational or security records.
When you leave a review
The form requests a display name, email, rating, title, date of experience and written review. The email is stored privately for moderation and duplicate-submission control. An approved review publishes the display name, rating, dates and text, but not the email address.
When you contact us
We store the name, email, message, selected subject and any relevant company or review identifier submitted through our form. A correction or privacy message is private correspondence to the directory publisher. It is not sent to the company being discussed.
Security and administration
Submission limits use a keyed value derived from connection information and a time window. Raw IP addresses are not added to review records by that mechanism. Publisher sign-in uses a secure session cookie lasting eight hours. Browsing the directory does not require registration.
Retention and requests
Review and correspondence records stay in the directory database while they support moderation, published contributions and request handling. This version has no automatic deletion deadline for those records. The publisher’s administration tools restrict access. Contact us about access, correction or deletion of your information where applicable.
Your choices and outside sites
You may browse without sending a form. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, identity documents or medical records. Contact us if a contribution reveals personal information. We do not sell review submissions or use them for targeted advertising. The privacy practices of a linked website apply after you leave this directory.
